Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Program Overview These terms govern your participation in our affiliate marketing program. By registering as an affiliate partner, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Active Subscription Requirement: All affiliate partners must maintain an active, paid HeyBoss AI subscription throughout their participation in the affiliate program
• To receive commission payments, your HeyBoss AI subscription must be active and in good standing at the time of payment processing
• If your HeyBoss AI subscription is cancelled or expires, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel commission payments until the subscription is reinstated
• Commission payments will only be processed for affiliates with valid, active HeyBoss AI subscriptions

3. Commissions and Payments

• Commissions will be calculated based on valid sales generated through your referrals
• Payments will be processed after transactions are completed and cleared through fraud checks
• Payments will be made monthly, subject to meeting minimum payment thresholds
• Payment is contingent upon maintaining an active HeyBoss AI subscription at the time of payment processing

4. Prohibited Activities The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using deceptive advertising or false claims
• Sending spam or unsolicited promotional messages
• Artificially inflating traffic or clicks (including but not limited to bots, automated clicking software)
• Hacking or any unauthorized system access
• Fraudulent transactions or self-referrals

5. Fraud Handling and Penalties

• We reserve the right to review all traffic and transactions
• If fraudulent traffic or violations are detected, related commissions will be zeroed out
• Serious violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions
• Clear instances of hacking or traffic manipulation will result in immediate partnership termination

6. Account Termination

• We may terminate your affiliate account at any time without prior notice
• Upon termination, you must remove all promotional materials related to our program
• Any pending commissions may be forfeited in cases of terms violation
• Cancellation of your HeyBoss AI subscription may result in suspension of commission payments and potential termination of your affiliate account

7. Modification of Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will become effective upon posting on our website. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
